The loud music in the lobby was constant. It made phone calls impossible. This was particularly annoying and unnecessary in a space for relaxation.

the hotel is in an area with both shopping and restaurants. transportation is very convenient because it's right off the train. i will definitely stay here again next time i'm in the area. there is a subway station outside the front door.

i found the proximity to the nightlife, literally outside the door, interesting but annoying. the room was smaller than advertised. loud music constantly playing made sitting in the lounge space for a phone call impossible.

all staff members were very helpful and assisted with any questions i had. the staff and the atmosphere were super amazing. the staff was very friendly, helpful, and cute.

the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day. the room includes some useful facilities like a safe. the bed is super comfortable and the shower is very good. rooms are compact but very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

the breakfast was amazing and facilities were very nice. at my arrival i was given some vouchers for the top roof bar. the breakfast buffet featured both american and korean food. it was a great way to fill up before your day began
